How to Make Homemade Probiotic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chickpeas fresh or canned
  • 1/2 cup fermented salsa
  • 1/4 cup probiotic ranch dressing
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • If using fresh chickpeas, make sure they are soaked,cooked, drained, and cooled. If using canned cickpeas, drain the liquid.
  • Place the chickpeas in a food processor along with the rand dressing and about 1/4 cup of salsa. Blend. Add more salsa as needed until the hummus is at your desired consistency. Add a little salt and pepper to taste and blend.
  • Serve immediately as a dip or store in the fridge.
