If using fresh chickpeas, make sure they are soaked,cooked, drained, and cooled. If using canned cickpeas, drain the liquid.
Place the chickpeas in a food processor along with the rand dressing and about 1/4 cup of salsa. Blend. Add more salsa as needed until the hummus is at your desired consistency. Add a little salt and pepper to taste and blend.
Serve immediately as a dip or store in the fridge.
