Grain-Free & Dairy-Free Coconut Chocolate "Candies"

  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup shredded coconut preferably unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder


  • Start by putting the shredded coconut into the food processor, followed by the raisins and cocoa. Pulse for 1-2 minutes. Scrape the sides of the food processor with a spatula. Repeat until all of the ingredients are sticky and well-combined. You may double or triple this recipe to make more than one batch. Unless you have a large food processor, only process one batch at a time.
  • Once the ingredients are well incorporated, press the mixture into small silicone molds. Press some of the shredded coconut into the top of each "candy" as a garnish. Place the molds into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until the candies are firm. Store them in a bag or container in the fridge.
