Ingredients

cooked diced chicken

cheese
shredded

medium apple
chopped fine

green onion
or celery, or diced carrot

raw zucchini
grated

or enough to cover mixture

or black pepper, or oregano

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, stir to combine.
Serve on bread, crackers, in pita pockets, or rolled with lettuce in tortillas.
