It’ll help you to determine whether you need additional help or not and it’ll tell you whether you are even learning what you should be learning. An evaluation gives you the chance that you need to communicate any issues you’re having in your job, too.
3. Get rid of wasted time.
If you want to improve your career future, you need to look at how you’re currently using your time and whether it’s worth the job you’re in. Hating going to work every single day is never a good thing, and you should be able to enjoy showing up and feel interested in the work you are doing. If you aren’t getting that, then something has to give.
4. Make a five year plan.
