Are you craving something chocolate? That doesn’t mean you have to break out the sugar to satisfy your sweet tooth.
You can create naturally sweetened chocolate treats with just 3 common ingredients that you may already have on hand.
This recipe is also grain free and dairy free!
Ingredients
- 1 cup raisins (buy here)
- 1 cup shredded coconut, preferably unsweetened (buy here)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (buy here)
What You’ll Need
- A food processor (I use this one)
- A silicone mold (buy here)
- A silicone spatula (buy here)
1. Process Ingredients
Start by putting the shredded coconut into the food processor, followed by the raisins and cocoa. Pulse for 1-2 minutes. Scrape the sides of the food processor with a spatula. Repeat until all of the ingredients are sticky and well-combined.
You may double or triple this recipe to make more than one batch. Unless you have a large food processor, only process one batch at a time.
2. Press Into Molds
Once the ingredients are well incorporated, press the mixture into small silicone molds. Press some of the shredded coconut into the top of each “candy” as a garnish.
Place the molds into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until the candies are firm.
Store them in a bag or container in the fridge.
3. Print
